Event Sign Ups

We have set up this page to make it easy for you to sign up for events, or renew your ASA membership.  Once your transactions are completed, you will receive a confirmation email and our office will be notified as well.  It's easy, and secure, so let's sign you up!

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:  If this is your first time to sign up for events or renew your membership online, please take a moment and familiarize yourself with how our signup pages work. 

  1. Decide which event you would like to participate in. 
  2. Click on the "Purchase Options"drop down list and select the payment option you would like to make, such as down-payment to reserve a seat, a remaining balance, or even the whole amount for the event all at once.  
  3. Above that, there are 3 items next to each other.  From left to right:

a)      A small text box to specify the number of seats or tickets you are interested in purchasing for that specific event,

b)     A shopping cart button with a small "+" sign on the corner which, when clicked, will add your event reservation request to your reservation purchase list. 

c)      Last, there is a button with an eye on it which, when clicked, will allow you to see the events you are ready to be purchased, and in what amount.

  1. After having selected the type of purchase and option you'd like, you may now click the shopping cart button and your reservation will be added to your signup reservation list. If you want to purchase more than one seat or ticket, just change the number in the text box to reflect how many seats or tickets you'd like to purchase and then click the "add to list" button. A small window will popup confirming your request.  Select "OK" and you should see a running total of your selections at the bottom of the screen.
  2. To see how many tickets or seats for which events you have requested to purchase, simply click the eye button and your requested reservations will be displayed.  If you need to make any changes to the amounts or if you want to remove the items completely, you may do so here.
  3. You may then continue to browse through events and sign up for more, or you can finalize your reservations by completing the purchase. 
  4. To make a secure payment through our online signup pages, simply click on "Checkout" at the top of the page. 
NOTE: At this point you will be taken to a new webpage that will open up a new browser. If you have a pop-up blocker, you will get a warning and will need to click on the warning on top to continue.
