The issuer of the card identified on this item (s) is authorized to pay the amount shown as TOTAL upon proper presentation. I promise to pay such TOTAL (together with any other charges due thereon) subject to and in accordance with the ageement governing the use of such card.
We are going to sign you up for the events that you have selected and you agree to pay us for those events.
EVENTS: We can normally cancel you for an event if you give us at least a 2-day notice without a charge to your card.
NON-AIRFARE, WEEKEND TRIPS: We require a 2-week notice to cancel on our trips with a full refund. If you cancel within 2 weeks we will attempt to find a replacement for you. If we are able to find a replacement you will receive a refund minus $25. If we are unable to find a replacement for you within 2-weeks there is no refund.
DOMESTIC AIRFARE TRIPS: Up to 45 days before - no charge. Within 45 days, no refund unless we can fill your spot which may incur a name change fee.
INTERNATIONAL TRIPS: Please check with the office on each trip as they vary, but generally 60 days prior to departure it is fully refundable. 45-60 days, loss of deposit. Within 45 days there is no refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover the unexpected.
